Later that night, as Tupac and Suge were driving down Las Vegas Boulevard in a black BMW, a white Cadillac pulled up beside them at a red light. In a sudden burst of gunfire, Tupac was hit multiple times—four bullets striking his chest, arm, and thigh.
Rushed to the hospital, Tupac fought for his life for six days. But on September 13, 1996, the world lost one of its greatest artists. He was only 25 years old.

Six months later, on March 9, 1997, Biggie Smalls was in Los Angeles, attending a party at the Petersen Automotive Museum. He was in town to promote his upcoming album, Life After Death. As the party ended, Biggie and his entourage left in a black Chevy Suburban. Just after midnight, as they waited at a red light, a dark-colored Chevrolet Impala pulled up beside them. A gunman fired multiple rounds, hitting Biggie four times.
He was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, but it was too late. At 24 years old, Christopher Wallace was gone.
